A new phone is the most common moment people lose access to gaming accounts. The account itself doesn’t move. Your login details do, and so does the risk that the old phone still has you signed in. Follow these steps in order. If you just need the basic login screen, our OK Win login guide covers it.
Before you switch phones
- Confirm which ID you registered with. OK Win accounts use either a +91 phone number or an email address, and the login tabs don’t cross over.
- Make sure you know your password. If “Remember password” has been filling it in for months, reset it now while you still have access.
- Screenshot your bank binding and recent transactions from the Wallet tab, in case you need to prove ownership later.
Logging in on the new phone
- Open OK Win from a trusted link, not a search result or forwarded message.
- Choose the Phone Number or Email tab, whichever you registered with.
- Enter your ID and password, then tap Log in.
- Use Add to Desktop to put the icon on your new home screen. Our app download guide shows how.
If your SIM or number changed too
If you registered with a mobile number you no longer have, you can’t receive anything sent to it. Contact OK Win customer service inside the app before anyone else gets that number. Keep your registered details, bank name and a recent transaction reference ready so support can verify you.
Lock out the old phone
- Log out of OK Win on the old phone before you reset or sell it.
- Do a full factory reset before giving the phone away.
- Change your OK Win password once the new phone is working. This signs out anyone relying on the old saved password.
Switching from Android to iPhone (or back)
OK Win works in the browser, so switching platforms is simpler than it sounds. You don’t need to move an app or its data. On an iPhone, open the platform in Safari, log in, then tap Share → Add to Home Screen to create an icon. On Android, use Chrome and the Add to Desktop banner or the ⋮ menu. If you used an APK on your old Android phone, don’t try to transfer the file to the new phone. Download fresh from the official link, or skip the APK entirely and use the home-screen shortcut. Your balance, bank binding, invite code and bet history all live on the account, not on the phone, so they’ll be exactly as you left them. The one thing that doesn’t carry over is a saved password, so make sure you know it before the old phone goes back in the box.
Warning signs after a switch
Bets you didn’t place, a changed bank account or a password that suddenly fails can all mean someone else has access. Change your password from a trusted device and contact support straight away. Never share an OTP with anyone who calls “to help with your new phone”. For other login problems, see our OK Win login and register guide.
