You paid, the money left your bank, but your OK Win balance hasn’t changed. It’s one of the most stressful moments on any gaming app, and the fix almost always starts with one number: the UTR. Here is how to find it and what to do with it. For the normal deposit flow, see our OK Win guide.
Step 1: Wait a short, fixed time
Many deposits appear within minutes, but some take longer when payment channels are busy. Give it about 30 minutes before acting. Don’t pay again in the meantime. A second payment doesn’t speed up the first.
Step 2: Find the UTR in your UPI app
| App | Where to look |
|---|---|
| PhonePe | History → tap the payment → look for UTR or Transaction ID |
| Google Pay | Tap the payment in your activity → UPI transaction ID |
| Paytm | Balance & History → tap the payment → UPI Ref No. |
| Bank app | Account statement → the UPI or IMPS reference in the description |
For UPI it’s usually a 12-digit number. Take a screenshot that shows the amount, date, time, payee and reference together.
Step 3: Contact OK Win customer service in the app
Send one clear message with the UTR, amount, exact time, the payment method you chose and your screenshot. Our customer care guide has a checklist of what to include for each problem type.
Step 4: Check your bank statement
If your bank shows the money as reversed or failed, it’s usually on its way back to you, and there’s nothing to fix on the platform. If it shows as debited, the UTR is your proof.
A message template for support
Support teams handle many tickets, so a complete first message gets the fastest answer. Copy this and fill in the brackets:
Send it once, then wait for a reply rather than opening several new chats, which can push you back in the queue. If the reply asks for a bank statement, crop it to the single transaction before sharing. There’s no need to show your full balance or other payments. And keep all your evidence (UTR, screenshots, chat) until the balance appears. If the payment later reverses to your bank, note the reversal reference too.
What not to do
- Don’t call “OK Win customer care numbers” found online. We found no official phone line.
- Don’t pay any “verification fee” to release a deposit.
- Don’t let anyone remote-control your phone to “check the payment”.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does an OK Win deposit take?
Many deposits show within minutes. If yours hasn’t arrived after about 30 minutes, contact in-app customer service with your UTR.
Where do I find the UTR for an OK Win deposit?
Open the payment in your UPI app’s history. It’s labelled UTR, UPI transaction ID or UPI Ref No., usually 12 digits.
Should I pay again if the deposit is pending?
No. Paying again doesn’t speed up the first payment and can leave you with two payments to trace.
